Morphic Help · AI Guides

Teach Morphic the house knowledge it is allowed to use.

AI Guides keep host-approved facts, local context, tone, and pause rules close to the Airbnb conversation. Add or edit guidance directly, or review a learning proposal after a message correction. Morphic can start helping after an about-one-minute import; a Guide is optional, not a required setup project.

This is focused product help for managing AI Guides. It is not a guest-facing guidebook, a complete Airbnb hosting manual, or permission for AI to invent facts or perform local work.

1 · Choose the right home for the information

Where should an Airbnb host put a new fact?

Put canonical property facts in Airbnb first. Use a Guide for the additional natural-language context that helps Morphic understand how to answer, when to ask, and which listing or host workflow the information belongs to. Use the narrowest scope that matches the fact.

2 · Add or edit a Guide

Write the rule in plain language, then check the result.

  1. 1Open Guides and select Global, a listing, or Operations.
  2. 2Add the fact, preference, or boundary with enough context to answer the guest question safely.
  3. 3Save the change, then use Test AI against the relevant listing and question.
  4. 4If the detail is urgent or safety-sensitive, correct the narrowest source directly and keep the host review boundary in place.

3 · Review Guide learning

A message correction is evidence for a proposal, not a silent rule change.

Morphic can learn from imported host replies, substantive edits to AI drafts, and recurring guest questions. It checks listing facts, existing Guides, conflicts, existing coverage, and the appropriate scope before presenting a reusable improvement. Review the target Guide and proposed wording before applying it.

Supported

The evidence is consistent with the relevant listing facts or approved Guide and can be proposed as reusable guidance.

Already covered

The relevant Guide already contains the answer; improve the existing entry instead of creating a duplicate.

Contradictory

The evidence conflicts with a listing fact or Guide. Resolve the source and scope before applying anything.

Pending review

The proposal is waiting for the host. It is not an active rule until the host or allowed workflow applies it.

Ask Morph to analyse the Guides when you want a fresh review. The resulting suggestion should identify the target listing or scope, the kind of change, and the proposed wording.

4 · Choose Guide-learning authority

Guide learning mode is separate from guest reply mode.

Copilot

Proposed Guide changes come to you for review before they are applied. This is the safest place to start.

Autopilot

Verified listing-scoped improvements may be applied automatically; global or cross-workspace proposals still need review.

Manual

Scheduled Guide learning is paused. You can still edit Guides directly and test them.

Boundaries that protect the guest promise

A Guide helps Morphic know more; it does not give Morphic unlimited authority.

Keep in Airbnb

Canonical listing facts, availability, and policies that guests should see on the listing.

Keep under review

Refunds, access uncertainty, complaints, safety, damage, exceptions, and any promise that depends on live conditions.

Use a person or specialist

Cleaning, inspection, repair, emergency response, physical access, and local service work remain human responsibilities.

AI Guides cannot override Morphic's safety, compliance, source-of-truth, exact-identity, or approval requirements. They are private host guidance, not a guest-facing guidebook and not a replacement for a PMS, local team, or specialist tool where those are the better fit.
