AI Insights
Run an analysis
- 1Open AI Insights.
- 2Select a listing and click Analyze. Use Analyze all listings for a first pass across everything.
- 3Read the report, then click Reanalyze after you change the listing or your Guides.
A disconnected listing cannot be analysed. Reconnect it first, then run Reanalyze.
Two readiness areas
What the analysis checks
| Area | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Booking Readiness | Search fit, how well the listing matches common guest filters, click appeal in search results, and booking confidence: availability, quality, trust, and price clarity. |
| Guest Service Readiness | The facts and rules Morph needs to handle inquiries, arrivals, and the stay: access, Wi-Fi, luggage drop-off, early check-in, late checkout, extra guests, house manual depth, and local recommendations. |
Guest Service Readiness gaps are usually fixed in your AI Guides, so Morph can answer instead of escalating. Booking Readiness gaps are usually fixed in the Airbnb listing itself.

Ongoing suggestions
The Improve listing performance automation supports Manual and Copilot, and starts in Copilot. In Copilot it highlights specific improvements for you to review; in Manual it shows where the listing could improve.

FAQ
Listing analysis questions
Does the analysis change my Airbnb listing?
No. It reports gaps and suggests improvements. You decide what to change, in Airbnb or in your AI Guides.
Does Morphic guarantee a better Airbnb ranking?
No. Airbnb ranking depends on many factors. The analysis points to controllable gaps that can affect how guests find, trust, and book a listing.
Does it look at my photos?
Not the image content yet. It uses the number of photos, their captions, and listing metadata.
How often should I run it?
After you change the listing, add answers to your Guides, or notice repeated guest questions. Run Reanalyze to see the updated scores.
