Inputs
What Morph learns from
- Your own replies to guests, including history imported when you connected.
- Substantive edits you make to AI drafts before sending.
- Recurring guest questions that your listing or Guides do not answer well yet.
Before proposing anything, Morph checks the evidence against your Airbnb listing facts and existing Guides, looks for conflicts and duplicates, and picks the narrowest scope that fits.
Schedule
When Guide learning runs
It runs once a week, on Sunday morning around 09:00 in your timezone, and once when a listing is first connected, to learn from its imported history. You can also ask for a review at any time (see below).
Proposals
Review a proposed Guide update
Proposals arrive as approval items in your conversation with Morph, on the web, on your phone, or in WhatsApp. Each one names the target Guide and scope, the kind of change, and the proposed wording. Approve it, ask Morph to change it, or decline it.
| Result | What it means |
|---|---|
| Supported | Consistent with your listing and Guides; can be proposed as reusable guidance. |
| Already covered | The Guide already answers it; improve that entry instead of adding a duplicate. |
| Contradictory | Conflicts with a listing fact or Guide; resolve the source before applying anything. |
| Pending review | Waiting for you. It is not active until applied. |
Keep one-off dates, temporary prices, and live task outcomes out of Guides; they belong in the conversation or task.
Authority
Manual, Copilot, and Autopilot for Guide learning
Set the mode on the Improve host guides card in AI Guides → Automations. It is separate from the reply mode of your guest conversations.
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
| Copilot (default) | Every proposed change comes to you for review before it is applied. |
| Autopilot | Verified listing-scoped improvements are applied automatically; global or cross-workspace changes still need review. You confirm before switching. |
| Manual | Scheduled learning is paused. You can still edit Guides directly and ask Morph for a review. |

On demand
Ask Morph to review your Guides now
Ask Morph, for example “analyse my guides”, after a busy week or a change at the property. The result is the same kind of proposal: target, change, and wording. Use Test AI afterwards to check the answer guests would get.
FAQ
Guide learning questions
Does one edited reply change my AI Guides?
Not by itself. Edits and replies are evidence. Morph looks for repeated patterns, checks them against your listing and existing Guides, and then proposes a change for you to review.
Where do I find Guide learning in the app?
It is the Improve host guides automation, under AI Guides → Automations. Proposals arrive as approval items in your conversation with Morph.
Can Guide learning change my Global guide on its own?
No. Even in Autopilot, only verified listing-scoped improvements can be applied automatically. Changes to global guidance always wait for your review.
