Use Morph from your phone, WhatsApp, or the web

Morph is the assistant you talk to as the host. Ask what needs attention, approve proposals, change settings, or test how it would answer a guest, from wherever you are.

Phone

Install Morphic on your phone

During setup, the step Keep Your Assistant Close shows a QR code. You can also open Morphic in your phone's browser at any time.

  1. 1Scan the QR code with your phone camera, or open Morphic in your mobile browser.
  2. 2Tap the browser's Share button (on Android, an Add to Home Screen button may appear directly).
  3. 3Choose Add to Home Screen, then open Morphic from the new icon.

Allow notifications when asked, so drafts and escalations reach you. See notification channels.

WhatsApp

Connect WhatsApp to talk to Morph

  1. 1Open Settings → Profile and find Assistant channels.
  2. 2Enter your WhatsApp number with country code and click Send Verification Code.
  3. 3Enter the code you receive and click Verify & Connect.

Once connected, messages you send from that number go to Morph, and WhatsApp alerts can be turned on in Settings → Notifications. You can also connect WhatsApp during setup.

What you can ask Morph to do

  • Summarise what needs your attention, and approve or decline pending proposals.
  • Read and edit AI Guides, or review them for gaps.
  • Change conversation modes, notification settings, and automation modes.
  • Create custom automations, such as one-time or recurring reminders.
  • Answer questions about bookings, turnover tasks, and contractors.
  • Run or explain listing insights and performance reports.
  • Prepare a guest review for you to submit.
  • Record product feedback for the Morphic team.

Test AI

Test how Morph would answer a guest

Test AI lets you type as a guest and see the reply Morph would give, using your saved Guides and the conversation or listing context. Open it from a conversation, or from a Guide to test that Guide. It is a simulation and never sends anything to a guest.

Connection mode

What Morph cannot do in Hosting assistant mode

Morph can read your calendar and bookings, but it does not change availability or prices, accept or decline booking requests, or submit guest reviews. It tells you to do those in Airbnb.

FAQ

Morph assistant questions

Is there an App Store or Google Play app?

Morphic is installed from your phone's browser with Add to Home Screen. It then opens full screen from its own icon, like an app, and can send push notifications.

Can Morph change things without asking me?

In the web assistant, clear and reversible single-listing changes you ask for are applied directly. Riskier actions, guest-facing promises, and anything an automation proposes in Copilot wait for your approval.

Does talking to Morph on WhatsApp message my guests?

No. Your WhatsApp conversation with Morph is private to you. Guests are answered in their Airbnb conversation.
