Every Airbnb guest conversation, with booking context
Guests lists the Airbnb conversations for every listing you have connected. Open a conversation to see the thread together with its booking details, its reply mode, and anything waiting for your review.
Conversations that need you carry a pink Review badge. See Escalations and reminders for what it means.

Your contractors on WhatsApp, in the same app
Service holds the WhatsApp threads with your cleaners and other contractors. Contractors keep using WhatsApp and do not need the Morphic app. Morph sends them turnover requests, reminders, and completion prompts, and records their replies.
Add contractors from Tasks. Cleaning coordination covers the invite, coverage, and task states.
The Messages badge in the sidebar counts items that need you in both tabs.
Labels and filters
See where each guest is in their stay
Each guest conversation shows its current stage, so you can tell at a glance whether you are answering an inquiry or helping someone mid-stay.
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Enquiry | The guest has asked a question but not booked. |
| Reservation pending | A booking request is waiting for a decision, matching Airbnb's wording. |
| Awaiting payment | The booking is waiting for the guest's payment to complete. |
| Confirmed | The stay is booked and has not started. |
| Check-in | The guest has arrived. |
| In-stay | The guest is staying now. |
| Checking out | The guest is preparing to leave. |
| Review due | The stay has ended and the review window is open. |
| Post-stay / Completed | The stay and review stage are over. |
| Declined, Cancelled, Closed | The conversation did not become a stay, or is no longer active. |
Filter the list by reply mode with All messages, Autopilot, Copilot, or Manual. Reply modes and review explains each mode.
Automatic translation
Every incoming message, in your language
When a guest or contractor writes in another language, Morphic shows the message translated into your account language (English by default). Translated messages carry a Translated toggle; tap it to switch to Original and back. In Service threads the control reads Show … translation.
- Translation is always on and never replaces the original, which Morphic keeps as received.
- Very short messages and emoji-only messages are not translated.
- Morph understands the guest's language when it drafts, whatever language the guest wrote in.
- Airbnb replies are sent as written; Airbnb's own translation can show them to the guest in their language.
- Messages to a contractor go out in the language chosen on their contractor profile.

FAQ
Inbox and translation questions
Can guests message me on WhatsApp through Morphic?
Guest conversations come from Airbnb. WhatsApp in Morphic is for your contractors and service providers, such as cleaners, and for talking to Morph yourself.
Can I turn automatic translation off?
No. Translation is always on and display-only: the original message is always kept and you can switch to it with Original on any translated message.
Does Morphic translate my replies to guests?
Replies on Airbnb are sent as written, and Airbnb's own translation can show them to the guest in their language. Messages to contractors are sent in the language set on the contractor's profile.
Will old Airbnb messages get AI replies after I connect?
No. Imported history is there for context only and never creates drafts or replies.
