Use AI Policies for house rules and response behaviour. Use Inbox thread modes when you want manual, draft review, or automatic replies.
How does WhatsApp setup work?
Finish onboarding to connect WhatsApp. Morphic uses it for host notifications and review flows, not as a public support channel.
