Beta

See the next turnover step on each booking

For beta hosts, each booking can now show whether its turnover still needs arranging, is arranged, or is ready — with the next review deadline kept alongside the stay it affects.

Start from the booking context: Morphic can help coordinate a known cleaner or teammate through WhatsApp, follow up for confirmation, and surface an exception to the host.

You can correct the turnover status when plans change, rather than leaving an out-of-date task attached to the next guest’s stay.

A cleaner confirmation records coordination, not an independent physical inspection or a guarantee that the property is guest-ready. Local people and specialist tools remain the right fit for field work, inspections, repairs, contractor payments, and cleaner marketplaces.

Beta

Automations that follow the booking

Set one-time, recurring, or booking-triggered routines — such as a reminder, or a calendar or pricing follow-up — for the time that makes sense in your hosting flow.

Choose a future date, a recurring schedule, or a booking event such as checkout — then keep the routine tied to that context instead of relying on a separate to-do list.

Date-anchored reminders update or cancel when the connected booking changes, so a moved or cancelled stay does not leave the original reminder behind.

Automations remain reviewable. Copilot is the default; Autopilot only runs the scoped, reversible actions a host explicitly authorizes.

Beta

Turn recurring instructions into a draft Guide update

When you repeat a standing preference, Morphic can turn it into a proposed Operation Guide update so future replies and recommendations better match how you host.

Standing preferences — like "always confirm cleaning" or "default to three nights" — can be learned over time from host instructions.

One-off dates, current prices, and single-instance exceptions are never treated as durable preferences.

Nothing changes without host review: proposed Operation Guide updates are presented for approval first.

Product update

Keep messaging while a reply is being drafted

You can send your next message while a reply is still being prepared, without waiting for the previous one to finish.

The assistant no longer blocks new input while a reply is being drafted.

This keeps fast back-and-forth moving even when a longer reply is still being prepared.

In preview

Mobile calendar and AI Guide editing

Morphic is improving mobile calendar navigation, calendar settings, listing controls, and AI Guide editing so more host work can be completed comfortably from a phone.

The preview experience brings more listing, calendar, and host-knowledge work into a mobile-friendly flow.

This remains a preview until the experience is approved for broader product communication.

Beta

Copilot first, Autopilot when ready

Morphic made the control path clearer: new work starts in Copilot for review, while hosts can move trusted routines to Autopilot in natural language as confidence grows.

Reply drafts and supported action proposals can wait for host review before anything is sent or changed.

Selected routine work can move to Autopilot without turning the whole operation into an unattended system; exceptions and high-impact decisions remain under host control.

Beta

Host-controlled automation workflows

Morphic began grouping automation workflows and product updates more clearly, with explicit beta and feedback states.

Hosts can see what an automation covers, where review is required, and how to change or pause it.

The aim is bounded, understandable automation rather than an all-or-nothing switch.

Beta

Action review, receipts, and reversal guidance

Morphic continued improving the path from a host request to an action decision, confirmation, visible receipt, and follow-up.

Supported pending actions can be planned and reviewed in context, with reversal guidance where the workflow allows it.

High-impact judgment calls still require the appropriate host or team decision.

Product update

Pricing and calendar workflow foundations

Morphic expanded the foundations for pricing rule management, scheduled pricing reconciliation, calendar opportunities, and listing-improvement workflows.

Recommendations are connected to the relevant host decision instead of being presented as generic assistant answers.

Booking performance, listing freshness, and readiness signals can point to the next host-approved improvement.

Availability and pricing changes remain subject to the connected channel and the host's chosen settings.

Product update

One assistant across mobile, WhatsApp, and web by text or voice

Morphic's product experience treats mobile, WhatsApp, and web as connected ways to reach the same assistant by text or voice.

A host can ask what needs attention, review a draft, correct guidance, or inspect a supported next action by text or voice from the surface that fits the moment.

The assistant remains the product experience; the channel is the access point.

Product update

Fail-safe arrival guidance

Morphic added a representative arrival-recovery workflow for cases where a guest misses the original instructions or the planned arrival path becomes uncertain.

The workflow is built around reachable, host-defined information and a recovery plan.

Access details, timing, cleaning readiness, smart-lock state, lockbox or key problems, late arrival, and safety concerns remain subject to host judgment.

Product update

Grounded replies and reviewable learning

Morphic strengthened reply and learning workflows so new guidance can be checked against known facts, conflicts, existing coverage, and host-facing boundaries.

When a host corrects a response, the correction can become a candidate for reusable guidance.

Corrections remain reviewable rather than silently rewriting the assistant's entire memory.

Jul 22, 2026

Product update

Proactive attention and operating reminders

Morphic began surfacing host-side attention before a guest necessarily asked for help.

The workflow includes proactive assistant messages, turnover checks, coordinated reminders, and reviewable follow-up work.

Morphic can coordinate software context and the people responsible for physical work; it does not clean, inspect, repair, unlock, or provide emergency response at a property.

Jul 18, 2026

Product update

Short-gap calendar workflow

Morphic added a workflow for identifying supported short gaps in the calendar, with host overrides and channel-aware reconciliation.

The workflow keeps the host in the decision loop and accounts for the connected channel's calendar state.

It is a bounded calendar workflow, not a promise of a particular occupancy or revenue outcome.

Jul 15, 2026

Product update

More reliable action delivery

Morphic strengthened the path from a host request to a supported action, including clearer delivery evidence and safer handling of message and calendar operations.

The assistant should report what it did, what it could not do, verify the supported result, and show when the host needs to take over.

The exact action set depends on the connected workflow.

Jul 13, 2026

Released

Shared team workspaces

Morphic added shared workspaces for small hosting teams, including invitations, scoped access, team roles, workspace resources, and shared attention around guest and operating work.

Owner, admin, and member access remain distinct.

Team access does not mean that every person can approve every sensitive action.

Jul 12, 2026

Product update

Mobile-first messaging

Morphic introduced a mobile-first messaging experience with inbox and thread handling, read state, attention counts, and push notifications.

Hosts can keep guest-message review close to the phone instead of relying on a desktop dashboard.

The mobile experience is another way to reach the assistant; the product remains the host-controlled workflow behind it.

Product update

Listing Insights becomes a product workflow

Listing Insights developed into a clearer workflow for finding listing gaps, guest-service readiness issues, and practical improvement opportunities.

Guest questions, booking context, listing facts, and host decisions can point toward the next improvement.

Repeated questions, review themes, booking performance, and listing freshness can become a practical readiness signal rather than a generic score.

The goal is to connect the improvement to the problem that revealed it.

Jun 17, 2026

Product update

Assistant panel and response timing

The assistant panel and timing controls brought Morphic closer to the daily host workflow.

Later improvements reduced unnecessary intermediate updates and made deferred responses easier to follow.

Response timing depends on the source facts, the conversation, the action, and host-defined boundaries.

Jun 12, 2026

Product update

Booking requests and trip changes under host review

Morphic brought reservation requests and guest trip-change requests into the booking workflow so hosts can review the relevant dates, context, and decision before responding.

Hosts can inspect supported reservation or alteration requests alongside the affected booking rather than treating them as ordinary messages.

The connected channel, booking context, and explicit host decision remain part of the workflow for changes that affect a stay.

Jun 12, 2026

Product update

Inbox, bookings, calendar, pricing, and review surfaces

The host workspace expanded to bring guest threads, bookings, calendar and availability context, supported pricing actions, notifications, and review-related work closer together.

The assistant has more operating context for real hosting workflows rather than answering from a generic chat window.

Hosts can review or edit sensitive reply drafts and supported actions before sending or execution, including review-related follow-up where the workflow allows it.

Product update

Listing insights and guide improvements

Morphic began connecting repeated guest questions and listing context to improvement suggestions.

The assistant can point to missing or unclear information that may belong in the listing, the AI Guide, or a host follow-up workflow.

Hosts decide which improvements become part of the home’s guidance.

May 19, 2026

Product update

Notifications and attention

Morphic added clearer notification and attention surfaces for messages and host work that needed review.

The goal is to help hosts notice the important exception without turning every routine event into an interruption.

Attention is tied to the relevant workspace and conversation context.

May 14, 2026

Product update

The AI host assistant direction

Morphic focused the product around a conversation-first AI host assistant for hands-on Airbnb hosts and small teams.

The assistant is designed to help run today's Airbnb work and improve tomorrow's operation while keeping sensitive decisions with the host.

WhatsApp and the web workspace became connected ways to reach the same host assistant.

May 1, 2026

Product update

AI Guides

Morphic introduced AI Guides as an optional host-approved memory layer for house rules, local recommendations, listing details, tone, timing, and escalation preferences.

Hosts can refine the assistant with the facts that make one home different from another.

A missing fact remains a missing fact: Morphic should ask, draft cautiously, or request host input rather than inventing a confident answer.

April 2026

Apr 29, 2026

Product update

Lifecycle-aware messages

Morphic began associating messages with the relevant listing and booking lifecycle, including inquiries, reservation and alteration requests, stays, and post-stay review follow-up.

The assistant could distinguish a routine question from a request that depends on booking status, calendar state, review context, or host approval.

This became the basis for a connected guest-service workflow rather than a standalone message inbox.

Apr 27, 2026

Product update

Onboarding, listing activation, and trial setup

The onboarding experience began connecting listing activation, channel setup, workspace creation, and trial or billing readiness into one flow.

A connected Airbnb listing can move toward useful assistant work in about one minute without required guide or rules setup.

The 21-day trial requires no card, so hosts can connect every listing before deciding whether the workflow fits.

The goal was to help a host move from a connected listing to a usable assistant without first configuring a large property-management system.

Hosts could see the setup state of the listing before moving into daily workflows.

Apr 16, 2026

Product update

WhatsApp connection

Morphic introduced a guided WhatsApp connection flow using QR-code binding.

Hosts gained an additional way to reach the assistant and review hosting work from a familiar mobile conversation surface.

Guest conversations remain subject to the same host knowledge, approval, and safety boundaries as other Morphic surfaces.

Apr 14, 2026

Product update

Booking and block controls

Hosts gained calendar controls for viewing bookings, blocking and unblocking dates, editing supported prices, and reviewing booking details from the listing workspace.

Availability and pricing changes remain subject to the connected channel and the host’s chosen settings.

The controls are designed for deliberate host decisions rather than invisible calendar mutation.

Apr 2, 2026

Product update

Airbnb listings, bookings, and calendar context

Morphic established the connected listing and calendar foundation needed to work with Airbnb availability, bookings, rates, and blocked dates in one host workspace.

The early workflow connected listing identity with booking events and calendar state, so a host could work with more than a standalone message inbox.

This created the foundation for later guest communication, booking, pricing, and host-assistance workflows.

Product boundaries

More leverage, with the host still in control.

Morphic helps with software-supported hosting work. It does not replace local co-hosts, cleaners, inspectors, repair teams, emergency responders, or smart-access hardware, and it does not make high-impact judgment calls without the required host or team decision.
