Airbnb cleaning checklist

Room-by-room work, restock targets and an explicit handoff. Repeat bedroom and bathroom tasks for every room.

Use this between guests. Adapt each task and quantity to your property. Entries stay on this page; they are not saved to Morphic.

Start here

Check for damage or missing items; report problems before continuing.
Strip used linen and start laundry; confirm enough clean replacements.

Kitchen

Remove leftover food and rubbish; clean fridge and appliance surfaces.
Clean dishes, sink, counters and handles with suitable products.
Check kitchen supplies against your agreed restock quantities.

Bathrooms

Clean toilet, shower, basin, mirrors and high-touch surfaces.
Replace towels; check drains and restock soap and paper.
Clean the floor last; check for leaks or maintenance problems.

Bedrooms

Fit fresh linen; check mattress, drawers and under each bed.
Dust surfaces, clean floors and reset each room to its reference.

Living areas, entry and outdoors

Clean floors and seating; check remotes, lights and agreed amenities.
Check entry access and outdoor areas; report faults or hazards.

Handoff

Walk every room; record shortages and anything still unfinished.
Send the agreed report and photos, if requested, to the host.
Name who will check the property before confirming guest readiness.
